I love these! I keep the cardio (green) one in my office and set a repeating 30 minute timer. It makes me get up and move every 30 minutes! Pinkie is by my weight bench for a change up in my routine and the blue balance one is on my nightstand for a start and end to my day. They are fun and easy. Try them!

I'm not sure why these are marketed for "women over 50" or anyone else. It's simply a good idea for your workout. These are a great way to change up your routine, get kids involved in working out, or incorporate stretching (that you usually don't want to do) into your workout. I could see these being very useful for middle-school kids too. Could be great as a couples challenge, friends challenge or whatever. I like to workout and I have my routine down. But sometimes...it doesn't seem very interesting. I will use these--just one roll or two, to break up my routine. The dice are sturdy and soft, though I suppose the writing could wear off after very prolonged use. But by that point, you'd be in such great shape--you wouldn't care! Thumbs up! Good for anyone 10+
